Privacy Policy
Last updated: Sep 4, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep it short and specific, because that is how we would want to read it.
Who we are
This website (netmiko.io) presents Netmiko Guardian, a product from Netmiko Enterprise, a joint venture between Flock9 B.V. and Kirk Byers (Twin Bridges Technology). During this early-access phase, the data controller for information collected through this site is Flock9 B.V. in the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 90125517. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect and why
Early access list. If you submit your email address to join the early access list, we store that email address so we can send you early-access invitations and honest progress updates about Netmiko Guardian. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form and confirm your subscription.
Meeting requests. If you book a meeting through the link on this site, your booking is handled by our scheduling provider, and the details you share are used only to arrange and hold that meeting.
Basic website analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. This does not identify you personally.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address on the early-access list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, or until the early-access programme ends and is no longer relevant. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you, such as our email and scheduling providers, and only to the extent they need it to provide their service. These providers act on our instructions under appropriate agreements. If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and the venture develop. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
